Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we're happy to offer returns under the following conditions:

🛍 General Return Conditions

Items must be returned in as new condition, unused and in their original packaging.
Returns must be requested within 21 days of receiving your order.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

🔁 Restocking Fees

A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
Selected bulky items, including all ramps, are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, damaged, or returned without original packaging.

📦 How to Return an Item

To request a return, please email us at info@mobilityessentials.com.au with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We’ll respond with return instructions and return address details. Alternatively you can reach out to us via the Contact page on the website.

🔄 Exchanges

We are happy to offer free exchanges on any item, provided it is returned in as new condition with original packaging. Please note that additional freight charges may apply for sending out the replacement item.
