Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days for stocked items. You will receive email notifications with tracking details as soon as your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping, which varies depending on the size and destination of your order. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
Delivery
Orders are delivered via Australia Post, Sendle, FedEX and other trusted courier partners. Delivery times vary depending on location, but most orders arrive within 2–7 business days.
Backorders
If an item is not currently in stock but available to backorder, this will be clearly displayed on the product page. If you place an order for a non-stocked item, we will contact you after your order is placed to confirm the approximate delivery timeframe.
International Orders
We currently do not offer international shipping through the website. However, if you're located outside of Australia and wish to place an order, please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to assist you.
